Tammy Abraham is keen on to leave the club this summer in order to play regular first-team football, with Romelu Lukaku arriving at Stamford Bridge departure is more likely.
There has been plenty of interest in the 23-year-old forward over the past few months with AS Roma and Atalanta keen on to sign him.
Roma have made a breakthrough, agreeing on a deal with the Blues that would see Abraham making a £29.65m (€35m) move to Stadio Olimpico, according to Il Messaggero.
However, the report from Britain claims that now Arsenal are favourites to get the deal for Abraham as the player is keen on remaining in the Premier League.
Whether the Gunners can hijack Roma’s move remains to be seen, however, it seems English centre-forward is at least getting closer to the Stamford Bridge departure.
